Twitting Events, Festivals

If you're a festival organizer, or involved in one, why not help out the event and build a Twitter or Facebook list of friends and followers. Yes, it takes a little time to get things set up, but when you compare the amount of money you'll spend in advertising, a little effort spent slaving over the computer is well worth the time.

When you've got your network created, or at least have a good number of names, utilize the online platform to publicize your festival. Need vendors? Need musicians? Need volunteers? Need people to come and enjoy the party?

MARKETING TIP: Learn to use Twitter and Facebook to publicize your festivals and events.
