Email Etiquette

When you send an email, you're probably not just sending to your intended recipient, but to a host of others. Your email can easily be forwarded out - so why not take a few minutes to double-check spelling, grammer and the tone of what you've written. Additionally, you might want to make sure your signature is correct, that it contains your email address and that your email makes sense.

An email can be a reflection upon your business, you personally and projects you're working on. So I invite you to check out email etiquette and plan to make a 2010 resolution to put a little forethought into what you've written before hitting the SEND key. And if you have any questions, there are a host of books out there to guide you along.

MARKETING TIP: Be a success in 2010 by sending out good emails which shed a positive light upon yourself, company and project.
