In 2007, the Charlotte Observer will be offering festivals, events and attractions that have small budgets an extremely affordable way to reach the Charlotte market. Those of us who have been around for awhile know that it's been very difficult to do that. Now, you'll be able to.
The program will launch in September of this year. It will significantly help festivals, events and attractions in the Piedmont region of North Carolina.
